We want you to love your order—but if something's not right, here’s how we can help:
✅ 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Need something else instead?
The quickest way is to return your item, and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, let us know right away at oceanknives@outlook.com so we can make it right.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an address in the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason—no explanation needed.
- To qualify, the item must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In its original packaging with all tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
