At Ocean Knives, precision and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do — but it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. We began by selling traditional wooden-handled knives forged from Sakai steel. The blades were razor-sharp, but over time, the wooden handles began to fade and wear. It didn’t sit right with us — and we knew we could do better.
That’s why we stepped back, refined our vision, and created something entirely new. Ocean Knives was born — a rebirth of quality, performance, and design. Our handles now feature a unique fusion of stabilised wood and resin, engineered to withstand the demands of any kitchen while retaining their beauty.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we’re just getting started. With exciting new products and fresh initiatives on the horizon, Ocean Knives is more than just a knife brand — it’s a new wave of craftsmanship.
